LEGAL FEES

Transparent Pricing

New Hampshire Fertility Law uses the flat fee model for most matters. Some matters, however, are not a good fit for flat fees because it’s impossible to guesstimate at the outset how much attorney time will be involved; these cases are billed at Catherine Tucker’s hourly rate of $285/hour.
